Power Hour

Power Hour is an equipment-free, fast(-er) paced, full-body mat-based pilates class only found at DDF! We incorporate moves based on Pilates methods, POP Pilates®, yoga, and functional fitness. Our instructors hold POP Pilates and/or AFFA/ACE certifications.
And, we use the beat of the music to create an upbeat, cardio infused, and welcoming and FUN version of pilates.
While it’s not the “typical" pilates you may be familiar with, because of the range of movements and options given by our instructors, clients of all fitness levels can be challenged.
